14-day money-back guarantee. If TeaserKit doesn't work for you, ask within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund.

How to ask for a refund

Reply to your receipt email, or email hello@teaserkit.com with the email address you bought with. You don't need to give a reason. Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens to your licence

When a refund is issued, your licence key is deactivated and TeaserKit stops working on your computers. Videos you already made remain yours.

After 14 days

Because TeaserKit is a digital download delivered instantly, purchases older than 14 days aren't refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If something is broken, email us anyway; we'll help fix it.

Cancellation

TeaserKit is a one-time purchase with lifetime updates. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again.

Launch price

If you bought at the launch price, the same 14-day guarantee applies. A refunded launch seat isn't re-sold.
