Refund & Cancellation Policy

Reply to your receipt email, or email hello@teaserkit.com with the email address you bought with. You don't need to give a reason. Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What happens to your licence
When a refund is issued, your licence key is deactivated and TeaserKit stops working on your computers. Videos you already made remain yours.
After 14 days
Because TeaserKit is a digital download delivered instantly, purchases older than 14 days aren't refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If something is broken, email us anyway; we'll help fix it.
Cancellation
TeaserKit is a one-time purchase with lifetime updates. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again.
Launch price
If you bought at the $15 launch price, the same 14-day guarantee applies. A refunded launch seat isn't re-sold.
